Your monthly service charges depend on:  

• how many workers pay in to your workplace pension  

• whether you work directly with us, or with a payroll bureau.  

You get a discount if you use a payroll bureau rather than working directly with us. This is because payroll bureaus give you a lot of support with auto enrolment administration.  

• When you work directly with us our workplace service charge is £36 a month.  

If you’re using a payroll bureau to manage your payroll and give us data, the workplace service charge starts at £12.50 a month.

1. Monthly administration charge for running now:pensions – £2 a month or £24 a year.  

2. Investment management charge for investing the money in now:pensions – 0.3% of the value of your pension savings each year.  

3. Transaction costs for buying and selling investments. We don’t charge for these separately -we factor them into the returns on now:pensions’ investments.
