Our story

We’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading pension providers. And we’re always looking for ways to improve our service to our members and workplaces. That includes recruiting talented people who share our mission to help the UK save for a more financially secure future.

Since we opened our doors in 2012, we’ve partnered with tens of thousands of workplaces and payroll bureaus. We now manage the pension savings of over 2 million of members.

A competitive basic salary

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills, experience, and industry standards, ensuring you're rewarded for your contributions and expertise.

A discretionary annual bonus

Along with a competitive salary, our team members are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on both individual performance and company success.

A contributory workplace pension scheme

This covers up to 15% of your pensionable salary. You put in 5%, we add another 10%.

Private medical insurance

Cover for a range of medical treatments including private GP appointments, referrals and award-winning mental health support. This is a taxable benefit. This means you pay tax on the value of the benefit.

Employee assistance programme

A dedicated support service to help you with anything you’re struggling with, inside or outside work. We also have qualified mental health first aiders.

Travel season ticket loans

You can apply for a season ticket loan for local transport networks. You pay this back to us in instalments through your monthly salary. This is available after you’ve worked your probationary period.

Cycle to work scheme

You can get a loan to buy a bike and safety equipment. You pay this back in instalments through your monthly salary.

Dental plans

Designed to help with the cost of visits to the dentist, including check-ups, cleaning and treatment such as fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges.
