If you’re an adviser who’s moved from Gateway to now:u
Logged into our old pension platform Gateway before? Follow the instructions here to log in to now:u for the first time.
If you’re logging in to your now:pensions account for the first time
Go to the now:u start page and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account. We’ve listed the steps below.
Step 1 – Submitting your details
Put in your name, email address and mobile number. To use your email address as your username, choose Check username. If that name’s not available, choose another username (it doesn’t have to be an email address).
Step 2 – Setting your password
Set your password.
Once you’ve ticked the next couple of boxes choose Continue and Send security code. We’ll send a 6-digit security code to the email address you gave us. Put it in and choose Confirm. If the code is correct you’ll go to Almost there! Put in your username and last name and Submit. You’ll see Nearly done and a message asking you to confirm your mobile number when you first log in.
You can now log in using your username and password.
If you’ve logged in to now:u before
- Go to nowu.nowpensions.com
- Put in your email address, or the username you chose when you set up now:u.
- Put in the password you chose when you set up now:u.
- Choose Log in. We’ll send a security code to the mobile number you gave us.
- Put in the code and choose Confirm.
- That’s it – you’re in!
