Moved from Gateway? Here’s how to log in to now:u for the first time.
Use these instructions if you’re a workplace or payroll bureau and you’ve logged in to our old pension platform Gateway before.

We’ve moved all your existing data from Gateway to now:u. You just need to confirm your details before logging in for the first time.
- Go to nowu.nowpensions.com
- Put your Gateway username (your email address) into the username box
- Then put the same email address into the password box
- This will send an email to your email address with a link and a security code. Follow the link and put in the code.
- You’ll be prompted to put in a new password and finish setting up your user account.
Good to know
Make sure you’re not sharing your email with anyone else. When you set up your now:u account, each email address will only work for one person.
You’ll need a mobile phone for setting up now:u and logging in. We’ll send you a security code as part of our secure two-factor authentication process.
