Payments in to your account
To see the payments that have gone into your now:pensions account, go to See payments in. This will show the payments from you and your workplace, with the dates they went in to your account. It can take a while for recent payments to show.
But by law, when your workplace takes your payments from your earnings, they must send your payments and their payments to now:pensions by the 22nd of the following month.
So if it’s been more than three months since any payments went in to your account, it’s worth checking.
Talk to your workplace
Talk to your workplace about this first. Ask them when they last sent your payments, and their payments on your behalf, into your account.
There might be some technical problem or other reason why the payments are late.
Tell us on webchat
If you can’t get an answer you’re happy with from your workplace, please tell us as soon as possible.
The quickest way to tell us is by using webchat.
What we’ll do
We’ll contact your workplace and find out what’s going on. We’ll remind them about their duties and work with them to sort the problem out.
The result we’ll work towards is that your workplace sends the missing payments to your now:pensions account and carries on paying in the future.
Reporting to The Pensions Regulator
We may have to report your workplace to The Pensions Regulator. We’ll tell you if we do this. You won’t have to do anything. The Pensions Regulator will decide what action to take.
