Adding and changing bureau users

You need to be a super user to add and change bureau users. You’ll automatically be a super user if you’re the person who set up the bureau on now:u.  

Log into now:u and from your dashboard, go to Bureau settings. Choose Bureau users and Add new bureau user.  

Fill in the user’s details and choose what access level you want to give them.  

  • General user: they can manage their own account and any workplace accounts assigned to them. They can also set up a new workplace account.  
  • Super user: they can also add, remove or edit access levels for other bureau users.  

Once you’ve added users you’ll see a list of them each time you log in and visit Bureau users. You can also change all the users’ details and access level from here.
