The Promotional Offer provides eligible Employers with:
- No Employer Service Charges for One Year; and
- One free consultation with a NOW: Pensions workplace pension consultant
All Employers who are eligible to use the Promotional Offer are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By utilising this Promotional Offer, the Employer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotional Offer you must:
- Be a new Employer that has commenced business on or after 1 January 2025; and
- Has employed at least one employee since commencing business
- The Employer must enter into all Contractual Documentation within the Promotional Period
Promotional Period
The Promotional Period runs from 1:30pm on 25 February 2026 and 11.59pm 27 May 2026
General Terms
- The Promotional Offer is promoted by NOW: Pensions Ltd, Company number 07766398, registered office address is 1 Tower Place West, Tower Place, London EC3R 5BU.
- NOW: Pensions Ltd shall process any personal information provided in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
- NOW: Pensions Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes modifying these Terms and Conditions), suspend, void or discontinue the Promotional Offer, with or without prior notice, where in our reasonable opinion it is necessary to do so, or it is required for reasons outside our control (which shall include but not be limited to anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
Any discontinuance or changes to the Promotional Offer shall not apply to any Employer who has entered into the Contractual Documentation at the time a decision to discontinue, modify, suspend or void the Promotional Offer has been made. In such an instance, the terms of the Contractual Documentation will apply. - NOW:Pensions Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person as a direct or indirect result of the Promotional Offer. NOW:Pensions Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting directly or indirectly from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotional Offer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of NOW:Pensions Ltd for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- NOW:Pensions Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations in respect of the Promotional Offer where the failure is caused by reasons outside of our control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- Any decision of NOW:Pensions Ltd in respect of the Promotional Offer is final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the terms and conditions set out on our website and the terms and conditions of Contractual Documentation. These Terms and Conditions do not (nor are they intended to) replace the terms and conditions on our website or the terms and conditions set out in any Contractual Documentation.
- The Promotional Offer will be governed by English law. NOW:Pensions Ltd and Employers who use the Promotional Offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Defined terms:
Contractual Documentation means all documentation that the Employer needs to sign to put in place a workplace pension for its organisation.
Employer means any company or individual who has at least one paid employee.
Employer Service Charges means the charges that apply to employers managing their own payroll and data imports (“Direct Employer Services Charge“)as well as those employers that outsource these activities to a third party payroll bureau or accountant (“Payroll Bureau Services Charge”), as specified in the payments schedule that the Employer will receive on entering into the Contractual Documentation with NOW: Pensions Ltd.
One Year means 12 months commencing from the date set out in the Contractual Documentation.
Terms and Conditions means this document.
