Direct Debit collection doesn’t match what was submitted

Some common reasons for this are:

  • Members have Opted Out within the period – we will not collect contributions for these members.
  • Members are still within their Opt Out period – contributions are not collected until the period has ended. These are likely to be taken as a separate collection.
  • Members who have left have not been collected. On some occasions leavers and members who have opted out outside of the window may not have had contributions collected. In most cases this data is still being processed and will be collected at a later date.
