How do I amend data within the payroll file?

If the payroll period is still unprocessed, you can go back into your payroll file and upload the correct data.

You can change your payroll file upload multiple times leading up to a processing date. Only the most recent file will be processed.

If the payroll period has been processed please contact employer support directly on 0 330 100 3399.

Remember to adjust the details within your payroll to ensure you upload the correct data in future payroll periods.
