What happens to member details when they opt out?

All activity that a member makes with regards to automatic enrolment is held within the member record, which can be accessed via the employer portal and is stored within the NOW: Pensions auto enrolment system.

Opt out details for members are passed to the employer via the return file which provides the members opt out date.

NOW: Pensions has a good technical infrastructure combined with a pension product suitable for our team. We couldn’t be happier with NOW: Pensions.
