How do I change bank details for pension contributions?

If you need to change the bank account details for a payroll that has already been set up, you will need to print and complete the Direct Debit Instruction and return it to the address on the form. Please note that we only accept hard copies of the signed Direct Debit Instruction and do not accept scanned copies.
