A Contribution Model Code (also referred to as a Plan or Scheme Code) refers to the type of plan chosen for an employer; it will be either 101, 102, 103, 104 or 105. The biggest difference between plans is the contribution structure.
A full list of Contribution Model Codes, including full descriptions of benefits and contributions, can be found on the Plan Options page.
The individual Contribution Model Code is noted in your ‘plan-summary.pdf’ file that was emailed to you with the subject line ‘Participation Agreement’ when the application was approved.
