I don’t have any contributions due for a month. What should I do?

You need to declare a Null Submission for the next pay period.

From your NOW: Pensions Gateway home page you will see a Null Submission option against each payroll. When you click this option you will be asked for confirmation and if you give it no data will be submitted for the next pay period.

Then we can see that you have complied with the legislation and no further action needs to be taken.
