Auto enrolment is complicated and accurate and timely data is needed to ensure that all the required actions are completed when due – penalties for non compliance are high. You should ask your Payroll what systems and processes they have in place to deal with all aspects of Auto-enrolment including assessing and communicating with members. It is unlikely your payroll can do and manage all the tasks involved so with the details from them we suggest you look to partner with a provider that manage the process well with what your payroll provider can do.
