Help Centre for Employers

Can an employer put all employees straight into the pension scheme so they don’t have to assess them?

Yes – simply don’t use postponement and everyone who is eligible will be automatically enrolled from the first payroll.  Alternatively the employer could make use of contractual enrolment to ensure that all employees benefit from a pension scheme.
