What if my contributions are outstanding for less than 30 days?

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is interested in all employers who pay contributions late. Indeed, if they perceive a pattern of consistent late payment, they may issue an Unpaid Contributions Notice with possible further actions including a fixed penalty notice (“FPN”) of £400 and escalating penalties.
