If you would like to change your bank account details, you will need to print and complete the Direct Debit Instruction and return it to the address on the form. Please note that we only accept hard copies of the signed Direct Debit Instruction and do not accept scanned copies.

Changing contact details

To change the contact details on your Direct Debit for charges, please email us with your company name, employer code and the changes that you need to be made to your contact details to directdebit@nowpensions.com.
