How can an employer make a complaint to NOW: Pensions Ltd?

If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving from us, we would like to put things right. 


In the majority of cases, our client support team will be able to resolve any issues. However, if you feel your concerns have not been fully addressed or resolved, you may wish to make a complaint to our priority support team. This team will review your case and provide you with a dedicated contact who will support you throughout any work that needs to be completed to get matters resolved.
