Help Centre for Employers

How do I notify you when an employee leaves the scheme but is still in active employment?

If the employee is leaving the scheme, but is not leaving active employment then an opt out date should be provided in the payroll file. This will code the employee as a scheme leaver but will not close off their member record on our systems, as they may want to opt back in at some point, or they may need to be re-enrolled on the three-year anniversary.
