I have a file upload error. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

When you encounter an error with your file upload you will need to use the ‘error log’ that has been produced to identify the error. You will then need to correct the field(s) (as identified in the error log) in the file that you originally uploaded. Once that has been completed you will need to upload the complete file again.

Please ensure you also update your master data following any errors so to avoid them being repeated the next time you upload a file.
