Can partners use the same email address to receive auto enrolment communications?

Every individual employee must have their own unique email address and cannot share this with a partner or others. The main reason for this is that we use the email address to enable employees to log in to their personal member accounts where they can opt in or opt out. In other words the email address works as a unique identifier for each employee, and therefore cannot be shared with anyone.
