Monthly employer service charge for employers

In the following months, NOW: Pensions will be offering an enhanced service to support small and micro businesses through their auto enrolment journey. As auto enrolment is an ongoing responsibility, we charge a monthly service fee which includes:

  • Help in setting up a scheme with NOW: Pensions
  • Support when setting up your employer portal
  • A dedicated team and named team manager
  • Ongoing support including screen share and live online chat
  • A series of regular live webinars

Monthly employer service charge

Employers not supported
by a payroll bureau
£36.00 plus VAT per month
Employers with five or more employees who have a scheme administered by a payroll bureau using the NOW: Pensions’ microsite will receive a 44% discount £20.00 plus VAT per month
Employers who have a scheme administered by a payroll bureau using the NOW: Pensions’ microsite and employ up to four people will receive a 65% discount £12.50 plus VAT per month

The discounted price for employers using a payroll bureau reflects the considerable support payroll bureaux provide with auto enrolment administration for NOW: Pensions.
