How do you ensure that employers are not breaching data privacy requirements by providing personal data?

As an elected pension provider employers are able to share employer data with us as this is a legitimate purpose for them to fulfil legal obligations.

We take our duties on data protection very seriously. All data needs to be provided and returned via our secure site to which we will provide access. We are registered with and fulfil our duties on holding member data in accordance with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) guidelines. Our member website is protected by proper encryption and password controls and we never issue personal details electronically to members.
