To find out how much is in your pension you need to access your member account. If you have’t activated your member account yet, you can by following the step by step guide below.

Step 1
Validating your member account
After accessing your account using the URL provided, click on 'Activate your account' in the top right hand corner.
If you have not been provided with a URL you can go to http://ae.nowpensions.com/XXXX where “XXXX” is your employer’s 4 digit Employer code. This can be found on correspondence from us or alternatively you would need to ask your employer.
You will then be presented with a screen to validate your contact details. You will need to input your date of birth, email address, postcode and payroll number (this is your unique employee number, which is usually on your payslip or alternatively you would need to ask your employer).
Once you have completed the fields on the screen, select the 'next' button.
Step 2
Activating your member account
The next screen you will see is a confirmation screen letting you know that a web link will be sent for you to begin activating your account. You will need to:
- Click on the link in your email
- Enter your username and password
- Complete your security questions
Click on the link that you would have received in an email after you have validated your account and enter your email address. Click 'next'.
The next screen will allow you to create your own password, which you will need to log into your member account in the future. Your password must contain at least one upper case letter or a numerical digit.
Step 3
Complete security questions
In order to maintain security, your final registration step will allow you to capture answers to two selected questions. You will need to answer these questions if you need to use the 'forgotten password' facility in the future.
Now that you have saved your answers, you will be able to access your account.
By selecting 'continue', you will be in your account. The next time you need to log in, please use your email address and password that you have created.
