Pensions Act 2008

A piece of legislation which established the new employer duties, meaning UK employers will have to provide some or all of their workers with access to a workplace pension scheme which meets legal requirements. They will also have to automatically enrol certain workers into a qualifying pension scheme and pay contributions on their behalf.
