Twitter Workplace Pension Terms & Conditions 2017

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the Workplace pension competition 2017 (“Competition”). By submitting a competition entry you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
  3. The promoter of this Competition is NOW: Pensions Ltd, Registered in England and Wales. Registered office 2nd Floor, 25 Christopher Street, London, EC2A 2BS. Company number: 07766398, VAT number: 125511643 (Promoter).
  4. The Competition is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18.The Promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter, its agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted
  5. To enter the Competition, answer the questions by completing the form on this page https://marketing96.typeform.com/to/dFLKcn. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  6. The competition will run from 10.00 on 9th of March (Opening Date) to 10.00 on 10th June (Closing Date) inclusive. All competition entries received later than the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
  7. The competition winner will be randomly selected out of those who enter. This will be calculated from an Excel spreadsheet.
  8. The Promoter will send the full names of the judges to anyone who writes within one month of the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the judges and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out above.
  9. In entering the competition you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promotor may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
  10. The winner will receive £500 of Red Letter Day vouchers (Prize). There is no cash alternative for the Prize. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.
  11. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the Closing Date for the Competition and given details of how to claim their Prize / to confirm delivery address for the Prize. If the winner does not respond to such email from the Promoter within 5 working days of the time of notification, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email sent to them by the Promoter within 2 days of that email being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
  12. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
  13. The winner agrees to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
  14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize, including travel to and from the collection point for the prize.
  15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  17. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  19. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition or of the Promoter. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
  20. To enter the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. The Promoter will process your personal data in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: http://www.nowpensions.com/privacy-policy/.
  21. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name image and town or country of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  22. Additionally, by entering the Promotion and providing any accompanying material and personal information, you agree that the Promoter may contact you by email or by telephone about goods or services that we feel may be of interest to you.
  23. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  24. The prize draw is subject to English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
