NOW: Pensions is a leading UK workplace pension provider. We look after the pension savings of tens of thousands of employers and millions of members from a wide range of industry sectors.
NOW: Pensions is part of the Cardano Group, a market leader in providing risk and investment management services that help make pensions outcomes more stable and robust.
We’re formally authorised and regulated by The Pensions Regulator, having gone through the master trust authorisation process in September 2019.
We offer a simple and cost-effective workplace pension designed specifically for the auto enrolment market.
The master trust structure enables employers of all sizes to benefit from independent governance without incurring the costs normally associated with establishing and running a single employer trust based scheme.
We work with the payroll sector and independent financial advisers to help serve their clients, as well as supporting employers directly.
NOW: Pensions has two boards: a Trustee Board and a Commercial Board.
The NOW: Pensions Trustee Board‘s sole responsibility is to ensure that the scheme is run in the best interests of the members at all times. It is an independent body comprising experienced individuals with relevant backgrounds and credentials.
The Trustee Board oversees decisions on crucial issues such as investment strategy, charges, pension administration and overall risk framework.
To demonstrate the actions the Trustee has taken over the Scheme Year ending 31 March 2020, and to comply with statutory governance standards, the Chair of Trustee produces an annual statement. You can download the latest Chair’s Statement here.
The Statement of Investment Principles sets out the principles, beliefs and policies adopted by NOW: Pension Trustee Limited (the Trustee) in investing the assets of NOW: Pensions Trust (the Trust). View the Statement of Investment Principles.
The Commercial Board is concerned with the day-to-day running of NOW: Pensions: the people, the members, the employers, the payroll bureaux, the operations and the financials.
