Improvements we're working on
We’re always working to improve our services. Recently we’ve:
- published new easy-to-follow videos which show employers how to add to and edit their Gateway account – in their own time.
- made payment times quicker for members who want to transfer their pension savings, or take their savings for retirement
- launched an online contact form to speed up interactions and get answers to our members as soon as possible.
