Can we tell employees what it will cost before we reach our staging date?

We think it is wise to tell employees as soon as you can about what is going to happen and the costs involved.  NOW: Pensions strongly recommend that pre-staging communications are issued ahead of your staging date. We have developed a standard  template letter to help you when communicating to employees.
